An integrated production line, unique in North America, launches the Mirage Classic line of prefinished hardwood floors.

The company becomes the first North American hardwood floor manufacturer to receive ISO 9002 certification for all stages of manufacturing, from the selection of raw material to the delivery of the finished product.
1999
A specialized production line dedicated to 2 9/16" Mirage Engineered prefinished hardwood floors is built.
The ALUMIX® aluminum oxide-based finishing process is introduced.
2000
The company's North American and worldwide presence is stepped up with a major breakthrough in Southern and Western markets.
2001
A brand new Mirage logo is designed to better reflect the outstanding quality of its floors.
Company receives the ISO 9001:2000 certification.
2002
Boa-Franc builds a new plant featuring a third production line for its solid hardwood floors, boosting production capacity of Mirage Classic solid floors by 50%.
2003
The Mirage Maestro Dealers program is launched, enhancing support for participating dealers (promotion and training) and guaranteeing consumers professional service of the highest quality.
2004
A new exotic wood species, Sapele, is added to Mirage Engineered technology.
The high-traffic Mirage Commercial finish is launched.
Boa-Franc launches ALUMIX® Ultra polyurethane protection, the industry's best residential finish.
2005
New dark shades are introduced in the Mirage stain line. Five-inch-wide strips are launched in all the most popular species and colors.
2006
Sweet Memories is launched, a series using a unique variable stain process that helps recreate an antique look. New shades are introduced in 5" wide strips.
Company launches new NanolinxMC finish, the 1st finish in prefinished wood flooring that uses nanotechnology.
2007
A new merchandising system focused on the Mirage look is launched, separating products into three collections: Natural, Elegant, and Stylish.
Mirage Lock unfixed flooring is launched, making installation easy and affordable.
A new color is added to the Sweet Memories series.
2008
Boa-Franc celebrates 25th anniversary. At this day, the company has nearly 400 employees and produces enough Mirage hardwood flooring to cover the floors of more than 64,000 homes.
The company unveils its progressive approach to sustainable development.
A new color is added to the Design series.
2009
Mirage launches Bali Coco from World Aromas series, a technology breakthrough exclusive to Mirage that brings out all the natural pigments of local species for exotic looks.
Three new colors are added to the Exotic series and two others to the Sweet Memories series.
Mirage is in compliance with CARB 93120 and the Lacey Act.
Mirage is certified FSC mixed source and PEFC.
For the 11th time in 7 years, Mirage is recognized as the #1 brand in quality by North American retailers.
